Listed about two weeks ago is this top floor loft in Wallingford. According to the description this 1-bedroom loft is a cut above with the specially added staircase to access the loft.

Last purchased in 2006 and briefly listed in 2008, this loft is now asking $350K. Plus, it’s a short sale which makes me wonder: Are short sales getting easier these days or what?
