66 Bell St, Unit 304 sounds like it could be awesome, “stunning Belltown 3 story loft condo with personal rooftop deck”.

But with no pictures of the loft itself it is kinda hard to tell.

Price is $385k for 1 bed/1 bath, 889 square feet.

Might be awesome if it's properly insulated from the viaduct which is literally right outside (and will literally crash to the ground in the next big earthquake, hopefully not into the loft).

Really cool building, used to live next door at 2300 Elliott (facing away from the Viaduct thankfully). It's worth looking at if you're in the market and can live with some noise. The building is solid brick which should lessen the noise, don't know if they insulated the windows or not. Easy access to Belltown, downtown, Pike Place market and the waterfront.

This is my listing! We all just paid big bucks to have the windows replaced so the viaduct's a lot quieter now. But honestly, between that and Venom on weekend nights you'll have to be okay with some noise. I find it all sort of calming, and of course a fair trade for being 2 blocks from almost everything. I love the place and would stay if I wasn't planning a family real soon. Hope someone comes along to enjoy it as much as I have these last 5 years!

I've known a few people in this building. It's a cool building only blocks from the market and the sculpture park and the waterfront. It was one of the first hip lofts in Seattle, going back to the early 90s, I think I even jammed in one of the places under construction. This is a good unit, with its own deck, and not a lot of prospects for a blocked view, since the Art Institute isnt going anywhere. However, now that I think about it, there is an empty lot at the diagonal corner of this block. That could compromise some of the Olympic mtn views, but not necessarily. The entire building is under plastic now, dont know why. Much hinges on whether the viaduct is reconstructed or covered all the way to the Battery street tunnel, which would make the location very creamy. There has been a good deal of crime in this area, and vagrants are omnipresent, with some
homeless centers nearby. However, you got a great pier two blocks away. Pretty slick area. There are many units for sale in this building. I dont know if its dues or what. The equake insurance is a necessity. I'd take this unit for 285k, just because I can't afford more.
