Avenue penthouse sets new record in Bellevue

We’ve been following the Avenue Bellevue project with great interest since they started pre-sales and broke ground. The sales team has been on the top of their game recently with 10 sales in July and are running out of three bedroom units fast! All of that good news takes second place to a record setting sale of one of the penthouse units in the southern Estates tower.

The penthouse unit sold at a staggering $2,937 per square foot (an all-time condo record in the PNW) for a total of $8,004,000! The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath penthouse unit boasts 2,725 square feet with 765 square feet of balcony space for amazing views from every angle.
