Avenue Estates Adds 43 Additional Units For Sale
Avenue Bellevue’s Estates, the more luxurious south tower, has added 43 additional units by converting hotel units to condos. These are 469-575 square foot studio units with slightly lower ceilings (about 8.5 feet rather than the standard 10 feet for the rest of the building) but buyers can expect the same high-level of features found in the other units (check out the photos we previously blogged about). These units will start around $850k and will likely appeal to buyers looking to split their time between the islands and mountains and Bellevue.
For an added touch of luxury, I also learned that owners in the Estates will have access to two drivers who will be available to drive residents anywhere within 5 miles of the tower in a Rolls Royce!
If you were holding out for the largest unit, unfortunately the top floor penthouse, PH1, is pending.
Avenue’s more affordable west tower, the Residences, has sold 8 units in 2021 so far. They’ve sold out of the one bedroom + den floor plan.
