Avenue Residences Hardhat Tour
The day we visited they had poured 19 of the 25 floors for the Residences. We toured the 15th floor.
Avenue Residences: 15th Floor North View
For the north view, note the crane, that’s for Mari Bellevue, a 17-story condo that is under construction. Though the speculation is that Avenue floors are taller and has a taller base, so you’ll likely clear Mari from a floor lower than the 17th floor at the Residences.
Avenue Residences: 15th Floor North-West View
The north-west view was pretty nice! Love seeing all the (very expensive) single-family homes on the gentle Bellevue hillside. Though of course crazy that Bellevue’s zoning transitions from single-family to highrise without much zoning in between.
Avenue Residences: 15th Floor West View
Great west views. However, the views are over the QFC which is a site owned by a developer that will be slowly developed so the views will be blocked to some degree as time goes on.
Avenue Residences: 15th Floor South-East View
To the south-east you’ll have a view of Avenue Estates which will be 26 stories. In the future, you’ll also have views of Kemper’s four-tower project at 401 Bellevue Way NE.
Avenue Estates Tour
The day we visited they had poured 19 of the 26 floors for the Estates. We toured the 16th floor.
Avenue Estates: 16th Floor South-West View
Great views of the water past the Bellevue Mall.
Avenue Estates: 16th Floor South-East View
To the south-east you get a “city” view. Or what some call a “Manhattan” view. Likely very nice and night when all the buildings are lit up. In the future, you’ll also have views of Kemper’s four-tower project at 401 Bellevue Way NE.
Avenue Estates: 16th Floor North-West View
The Avenue Residences building figures prominently in the north-west view. It will be a 25 story building.
Avenue Estates: 16th Floor – West View
Great west views. However, the views are over the QFC which is a site owned by a developer that will be slowly developed so the views will be blocked to some degree as time goes on.
