Atrium Lists First Few Units on the MLS

Atrium, the 34-unit condo part of the Neighborhood Collective, a group of 3 apartments that converted to condos, just listed a few units on the MLS:

#203 – $469,950 – 1 bed, 1 bath, 537 square feet ($875 a square foot)
#502 – $589,950 – 0 bed, 1 bath, 484 square feet ($1,219 a square foot)

Atrium kicked off with a reservation event a weekends ago, but it was lightly attended. Now that buyers can see inside units we expect more units to sell but are still skeptical how much interest there is in wood-framed condos in the $900-1,200 a square foot price point.
