A sneak peek at the Graystone’s 25th floor
Last week we got a sneak peek at the Graystone, the 271-unit 37-story tower going up on First Hill at a party on the 25th floor. The Graystone started taking reservations on units in the fall of 2020 and as of this past weekend is now accepting purchase and sale agreements with a 5% earnest money deposit (and for a limited time they’re offering buyer bonuses up to $10k). For starters, they’ve released 70 units priced from below $500k to $2m+ and are expected to start move-ins in 2023, making the only condo to complete in 2023 (First Light says they’re completing in 2023 but given the current state of construction, that seems unlikely.)
