A Similar Loft to Mine Just Sold (Off-Market) at Trace
After I sold a condo at the Meritage this spring, a neighboring unit sold and I mused that I left money on the table as the neighboring unit with the same floor plan but with more updates sold for a lot more money.
As fate would have it, after selling a condo at Trace Lofts, the unit above mine just sold off market. Same floor plan, presumably similar finishes, and it sold for $750k, $15k less than what I sold mine for a few months before. Curiously they sold off-market knowing that my unit had multiple units and sold for more than asking. I wonder if they left money on the table.
