Unit A is 3 bedrooms, 2.25 bathrooms, and 1,690 square feet.
Listed at $679k it sold almost exactly two years ago brand new for $569k. It’ll be interesting to see what it sells for now. I heard that a townhouse down the street, 2321 Boylston Ave E, Unit A, that was on the market for two days last week before going pending, went pending much much higher than list price.
