1802 19th Ave #204 won’t last long, and we’d be surprised if it sold for less than less price.
At 700 square feet, it’s got lofty features like 12.5′ foot ceilings, exposed wood beams and a sleeping loft (making it technically a studio). While we love all that, we’d probably splurge and upgrade the kitchen.
Listed at $295k it last sold for $225k in 2011. It does have a parking spot.
