Wow, the West Seattle Pump House is for sale! I didn’t even know it was a house. Okay, to be honest, I didn’t even know this place existed until a few minutes ago…

The place looks pretty incredible from the outside. Two buildings. The main one is 2,660 square feet and has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. However, I do not like the interiors. I’d lose the tile floors, the funny banisters on the staircase as well as the shiny red kitchen. I also think some new window coverings would go a long way to making the place cooler.

Priced at $850k these folks got a steal in 2005 when they paid $350k for the place. Though who knows what kind of shape it was in then!

Bonus, it is on a greenbuilt so your 1/4 acre is gonna feel a lot larger.
