Lyrical Restraint on Interlaken

I’m still puzzling over what “lyrical restraint” really means in the marketing remarks for 2609 E Interlaken Blvd, regardless, the place is awesome and doesn’t suffer the Bellevue problem of the place we posted about yesterday.

At $1.85m you get 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms in 4,450 square foot on an unknown lot size. The place was built in 2009. Unfortunately Redfin is mapping it wrong. My only complaint is that there appears to be way too much marble in the master bath.
