Domaine Preview

One of our readers, Tom, attended the Domaine pre-sales event last night and wrote in about the experience:

I went to the Domaine presale event last night with my wife and thought it was simply OK. They did have a full-scale model of their lot and buildings, building/unit location maps encompasing the walls, and a couple of laptops and portfolio binders offering floor plans and square footage. Their event location felt cramped with the number of people attending, and it seemed they had one sales associate walking around for every potential homebuyer. Each of them I bumped into was sure to remind us to quickly schedule a reservation appointment since the units were sure to go fast. Apparently they will be having a feature article in the Seattle Times (Saturday’s New Homes section perhaps) this weekend that will be drumming up the public buzz to reserve units.

Don’t worry, every development gets a puff article in the Saturday New Homes section.

Did anyone else attend and want to share their impressions?

Update 2: While Tom was able to access the floorplans on their site for some strange reason I wasn’t able to, until just now. And in fact their floorplan tool is pretty neat.

Thank you to everyone who attended the spectacular Design Preview event on June 6th. It was a huge success, with over 200 guests attending to view the Domaine Sales Gallery for the first time.
