Enso: Two 1-Bedroom Condos to Sold Out

A few weeks ago, we took a look at which new construction condo projects have “one left” and according to the media blast from Matrix last week, Enso is just shy of joining that crowd. In the South Lake Union condominium, there are only two 1-bedroom condos left to buy and they both have Lake Union views.

The final two for sale are:

• 820 Blanchard St #702 – 1bd/1b, 769 square feet for $410K
• 820 Blanchard St #1602 – 1bd/1b, 769 square feet for $440K

In my last inventory roundup on July 21st, Enso had 13 units remaining. Also noteworthy is that the penthouse at Enso from our recent look at Seattle’s loft penthouses went pending as of Sept 14. If you want to check out the final two units at Enso, the sales office is open Friday thru Tuesday, 11AM – 6PM.
