Weird Trace Lofts pricing

Two units, identical floor plans, one on top of the other.

Oddly the higher unit featuring much higher ceilings is $50,000 less than the one below. Though the unit below has a larger balcony.

#404 – $350,000 – $555/sq ft

#504 – $300,000 – $475/sq ft

Is Trace fishing for the floor on $/sq ft for the building? Emails to the listing agent have not been answered.

Update: The listing agent responded with:

It’s a good time to buy Mr. Goyer! How about a second home for you?

Second? No, I do not need a third place.

Update 2: Apparently it doesn’t have the taller ceilings that other units on the 5th floor have.
