This spring I’ve been shopping around Seattle for a condo and quickly grew frustrated that there wasn’t a single list anywhere of new condo construction in Seattle. I found myself buying the Seattle Times every Sunday just to look at the ads and see if any new condos were advertising in the real estate section. Or I’d visit the top condo marketing firms websites to see if they had posted any new projects. Though what I really wanted was a single place I could go to get information on new construction. Hence, Urban Living.com.

This site could be a million things, but what I want it to be is the place you go to get a list of all the new projects in the Seattle area. To fulfill this I scoured the papers and the web to compile a list of new projects and then I put them on a map. And of course, every site has to have a blog so here’s my new condo blog. Hopefully I find the time to visit lots of sales centers, take lots of photos, and post snarky comments about what’s going on.
