Walk through advice?

Trevor writes in asking:

I was thinking it would be very useful if you could post any information on “top things to look for during a condo walk-through.”

Also, listing the pros/cons of bringing an inspector to a new-construction condo walk-through would be helpful.

I’m not really the best person to ask so I’d throw this back to all the readers. I do know you should stock up on some blue tape.
