I bought #201 at Trace Lofts
#201 is SOLD
Yesterday a reader tipped me off that #201 might be unreserved, I hurriedly e-mailed Trace. Now even though I stayed up late last night I woke up early this morning to check my e-mail. No e-mails. I checked repeatedly this morning while trying to sleep and finally decided to give the Trace Lofts sales team a call around noon. With my phone in hand ready to dial I received a call that #201 was available. I didn’t walk through it Thursday so I couldn’t be 100% sure I wanted it so I rushed over for a walk through. It’s view is almost comparable to #301 except #301 has a view over top the building to the south so it will have a Rainer view. But whatever, #201 is pretty damn good and a steal at $523/square foot, features a better ceiling than #301 and I won’t have anyone below me. Whoever canceled their reservation, you’re crazy, but I love you!

It’s got tons of windows and faces south west.
I love the ceiling detail.
They have to drywall over the brick but I’ll rip it off around the windows and expose it and put a nice window sill in.
Sure the bedroom barely fits a queen size bed and I’ll only be able to fit a third of my wardrobe in the really small closet, but check out the bedroom door which is an original quilted elevator door.
Only four more months to go and you’ll all be invited to the big house warming bash.
