There haven’t been many resales at Veer, it only sold out in December of last year after all. But one did just hit the market today, unit #103 is a ground floor two story unit. 918 square feet, 1 bed, 1.5 bath. Priced at $375k. It was bought July 8, 2009 for $385k.
Photos are a little dark and the furnishings aren’t very lofty so don’t get hung up on those.
