505 Belmont Ave E #502 is a 720 square foot unit that just came on the market at $375,000 in one of Seattle’s first condominium complexes originally built in the ’60s. On Sunday I had dinner in a penthouse unit in it’s sister building to the north. The view from #502 is certainly nice but the view from the 11th floor of the other building was spectacular.
