We Raised $3,390! Time to Start Riding…

Over the past few weeks we raised $3,390 for the LIVESTRONG Challenge. This far surpassed my initial goal of raising $1,000. And of course, it’s not too late to donate :).

Last night we were fortunate enough to be able to attend the fundraising appreciation dinner.

Where we heard from Livestrong’s CEO, Congressman Inslee, Sex and the City star Evan Handler and Lance’s “BFF” John Korioth. At the dinner we learned that 100% of funds raised going to programmatic activities (thanks to all the sponsors) and learned about the different programs that LIVESTRONG supports such as their support program which helps people understand their options and how to navigate the system or their partnership with the YMCA to get cancer survivors healthy again.
