$3m Eastlake Houseboat
I have some serious houseboat envy.
2369 Fairview Ave E just hit the market at $3m and is quite the place.
Built in 2009 it is is three bedrooms, 1.75 bathrooms spread over 2,150 square feet and has a ton of decks.
Slight bummer that it faces north and not south but other than that… wow!
