Roosevelt Townhomes Hit Market

Don’t be deterred by the address; these 3 bd, 3.25 ba townhomes sit high up and off of the road at 5616 Roosevelt Way NE.  In fact, I walk this route regularly and only recently noticed them when the bright lime green doors went in.  I will say that the narrow, 3-level floor plan is one we’ve seen many times in new construction, and there’s nothing groundbreaking in the bamboo/granite/tile finishings.  I like the wood and cement facade, and even the pop of bright green, but I don’t care for the kitchen cabinet color choice with the golden bamboo floors.  Also, a single car garage for a home of this size seems small; of course, the location is very walkable and easily accessed by public transportation, including the future light rail stop at 65th.  Each unit has a private balcony with what appears to be a storage room and westerly views.
