I’m surprised we didn’t blog about 6345 Wilson Ave S when it first hit the market nearly three months ago. Because it is right up our alley. Built in 1958 it is 4 bedrooms, 2.75 bathrooms, 2,560 square feet on a 8,100 square foot lot. Recently remodeled too.
Listed at $1.15m it was recently price reduced from $1.2m. I’m guessing it is just a little too pricey for Seward Park? Last sold in 2006 for $749,950 and in 2004 for $565,000.
