Million Dollar Queen Anne Townhouse

I have a hard time imagining paying nearly a million dollars for a townhouse. But perhaps you don’t mind spending that kind of money to share a wall. If that’s the case check out 537 Howe St on Queen Anne. Priced at $975k you get a pretty modest 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1,616 square foot place. It certainly looks small and is pricey at $603/square foot. No gas in the kitchen either. Wait, what am I paying all that money for??

Also only one of several million dollar plus townhouses in the city.

If you want something more “reasonable” check out its neighbor 535 Howe St which is only $750k or $541 a square foot.
