Two Isola Homes in the Central District
While living at 1615 E Columbia St we watched as Isola Homes built two single family homes one lot over from our neighbors at

. I’m sure Isola was waiting paitiently for 1615 to close, which it did this past week, before deciding what to list their homes at.
1615 was listed at $715k and sold for $718k. Its a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1,787 square foot home with garage.
And Isola has put both their homes on at $750k. They’re 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2,090 square feet but with no garage.
I generally liked the neighborhood but that specific block was a weird collection of an apartment building, a student rental house, a Pb Elemental, a home from the 70’s with a ton of junk in the yard, and now two Isola Homes. Having such an odd assortment of neighbors meant that no one ever complained about our rowdy nights on our rooftop though :).
