Re-Listed: Cedar Park Contemporary
Turns out 4245 NE 125th St has been on the market for nearly two months now but just caught my eye. It hit the market back in January at $749k and is now down to $699k after falling out of pending last week (likely cause, the inspection?).
I dig the vaulted ceiling and backyard with views of Lake Washington. I don’t dig the kitchen, bathrooms, carpet and I’m in the camp that thinks that glass blocks are out of style. Also, is this place just too far from Seattle??
