Mount Baker Mid-Century Modern

I’d put 2524 Lake Park Dr S on my list of open houses to check out this weekend.

Built in 1961 it has a mid-century modern, pacific north west contemporary vibe to it.

$675k for 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2,480 square feet and a big 7,125 square foot lot. I like the high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and large lot but wish it had some views. I’m not a fan of the white kitchen and I’d update the bathrooms. Last sold in 1994 for $215k.
