Wendell Lovett’s Personal Residence
Buy this Wendell Lovett designed Madrona home at 420 34th Ave, get them to include thefurniture, update the kitchen and bathrooms, and you’ll have one very cool place.
Built in 1984, it was designed as his personal residence and is still owned by him. 3 beds, 3 baths, 4,060 square feet. “Only” $1.935m. I definitely like his choice in furniture; check out that couch below!
The piece of work I know best of Wendell Lovett’s is the home he designed for Charles Simonyi, the Windows 2000 house, on Lake Washington that we’ve boated by a hundred times.
