Modern Central District House
We’ve been walking by the four standalone houses going up at 1121 16th Ave for months now. So it is exciting to finally see it on the MLS!
I was going to write that $839k for a 3 bed, 3.5 bath, 1,936 square foot place was overpriced since there are essentially four houses squeezed onto a single lot. But they’ve already sold the other three and without any signage on the lot! Though we don’t yet know at what price they sold at.
If I were to buy a unit of the four it’d be this one. I love the views, western exposure, and huge roof top deck. The street it is on is pretty quite, yet really close to the restaurants and bar of Pike/Pine.
