Queen Anne Modern Goes Fast
This $1.795m modern new construction home on Queen Anne at 1313 4th Ave W went pending before we could blog it! But it is too nice not to share.
3 beds, 4.5 baths, 3,224 square feet, huge rooftop deck…
I sure wish they didn’t take the photos at night though. It’d be nice to see what views are out those windows.
Here’s the home that was there, which they bought at the end of 2012 for $500k and tore down.
