Featured Event: Morgan 5.1 Grand Opening
Looking for a green townhouse in West Seattle? Prolific Seattle Builder, Isola Homes is hosting a grand opening for a 5-star Built Green project in West Seattle this Saturday, November 23rd, from 1 to 4pm. The project is called Morgan 5.1 and you can find it at 4256 SW Myrtle Street. Consisting of five townhouses with five more coming, it looks pretty sweet. It was designed by designed by caron architecture. Prices starting in the mid-$400s for the 1,650 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2.25 bathroom units.
