Mid-Century with Views of Portage Bay
I think this mid-century home at 2436 Delmar Dr E with views of Portage Bay has potential. There’s definitely some things I don’t like: the kitchen, TV over the fireplace and that weird sauna bedroom downstairs!
But at $615k for 3 beds, 1.75 baths, and 2,660 square feet and two car garage it doesn’t seem like too bad of a deal.
Would you leave the sauna bedroom as is or renovate it? :)
