Live Green on the Lake

Here’s another new construction home not quite on, but very close to being on, Lake Washington. 1111 Lake Washington Blvd S is a 4-star Built Green home with killer views.

$1.6m for 4 beds, 4.5 baths, 3,761 square feet.

I dig the views, roof top patio, stairway detail. Not digging the wall mounted AC units, or the TV mount above the fireplace.

Though I think I’d take the Elemental designed home on Lakeside over this one.
