Sweet lofts on Capitol Hill are hard to find. In fact, there are none on the market right now (other than that one at 1310 that has been languishing forever). So my guess is that unit #301 at Monique Lofts that just hit the market is going to go fast at $450,000.
It is a great size at 911 square feet. Has a recently remodeled kitchen with a viking range and Polyform cabinets. The bedroom is at the back of the unit, which is nice because it is much quieter than having a bedroom facing onto Pike; don’t worry about it being dark, it has a skylight. And there is a loft space if you want to sleep up there instead or use it as storage. Plus it has a good sized parking spot.
My good friends are the ones selling this loft and I’m sad to see them sell it so hopefully it goes to a good owner! We’ve had many a good party it it, especially during Block Party. The windows open wide giving you a nice perch above the craziness of Pike/Pine.
