Hawthorne Hills remodel goes 25% over asking
We hope you had a great Thanksgiving!
It was certainly a quiet week for real estate. We saw the fewest new listings of any week this year, and the number of homes going pending slowed considerably as well. However, this week should be busier as it is likely buyers’ last chance to get a house under contract and close before the holidays. We’ve been busy today, we just listed the first resale at First Light.
Speaking of Thanksgiving, we want to take this moment to thank all our readers and the many clients we were able to help this past year. To help give thanks to our clients and kick off the holiday season, we’re hosting a holiday party on December 7th at the Kraken Community Iceplex. We’ll have our own rink with food, drinks, and a skating Santa. So, if you’re thinking of working with us next year to buy or sell, we’d be happy to have you join us. Just hit reply, and I’ll send you an invite!
