See the home with 22 offers last week
Yikes, mortgage rates are almost back to 7%! (They were 6.1% mid-September.) Despite the jump in rates, surprisingly buyers were busy putting more homes under contract last week than the week before. Edmonds is hot, this home had 22 offers on it last week! But buyers, don’t get scared off; the majority of homes are sitting and not getting bid up. Now is the time to send in that aggressive offer :).
Last week we were busy handing off keys to a buyer of a tiny home in Wallingford, and yesterday, we gave keys to a buyer of an amazing top-floor corner home at the Queen Anne High School. Today we’re filming more videos for our YouTube channel.
