While it seems everyone is on vacation right now, not everyone is. For instance, yesterday we had clients offer on a home in Shoreline; it had 13 offers! But buyers should be patient, we expect many new listings to hit the market after September 3rd since most listing agents advise sellers to hold off listing in August and to list after Labor Day instead.
But deals are also to be had, especially if you’re looking for a condo; we just helped a buyer negotiate over $100k off the final Skyloft at Nexus ?.

Buyers are vacationing instead of buying
