A look back at our 2022
What a year 2022 was! It started off with a bang with one of our listings receiving 20 offers and ended with us negotiating nearly 10% off a home for a buyer. With interest rates basically doubling, it certainly kept us on our toes!
This year we helped nearly 50 clients buy and sell – from $335k to $2.9m, from a floating home in Eastlake to Port Orchard.
