Checking out Built Well Co’s Studio 100
We recently checked out “Studio 100”, Built Well Co‘s most recent project, with their developer Corey Fitch and I really liked it! Which I don’t say about many new townhome projects :).
Smartly designed, they look good and take advantage of every square foot. Set on N 100th St, they have two units on the market 912 N 100th St and 912B N 100th St. Both are priced at $550k for a 900-square-foot two-bedroom. They live larger than they feel thanks to a generous width and because they have a bonus loft/finished attic accessed by a split ladder that could be a TV/gaming room, office, or guest bedroom.
The difference is in the details – a nice porch on every home, black windows, hardwood throughout, honed countertops, a fridge that fits the cabinets, and built-in security cameras.
