New Pb Elemental in Madison Valley
I really like this new construction Pb Elemental home in Madison Valley at 2502 E Olive St. It is 2,185 square feet, 3 beds, 3.25 bathrooms. Priced at $817,000 it has now been on the market 5 days.
Lots of windows, garage, air conditioning, roof top deck (with a sink! I hope they ran a gas line up there too).
It is on a corner lot, probably taken from the house next door (Google satellite imagery shows a vacant lot). Some might be disappointed by the lack of yard but I like the fact you don’t have a yard.
The only thing that bugs me is that they did carpet in the bedrooms.
