Tour an Eric Cobb Madison Park Modern
This Sunday from noon to 3pm Northwest Home and AIA Seattle bring us an open house at 4100 E Highland Drive (the home is not for sale!). The home designed by Eric Cobb looks right up our alley.
Architect Eric Cobb’s design for this new Madison Park dwelling plays off the layered look of its corner neighbor—a midcentury modern house designed by famed Seattle architect Roland Terry (look at photo’s far right)—while making its own distinctly this-century modern statement.
The home features a custom jungle gym, cat passageways and lots of other neat features. Check out all the photos.
Built for $455 square foot Northwest Home has all the details.
