I’ll have to dig up my notes but overall I was fairly impressed with the project. They certainly have a great website. I like how you can check out the approximate view from any unit. The finishes all looked acceptable. The only concern for me is the location; there’s not much you can walk to which for me is the appeal of living downtown.

Update: I found my notes and they’re pretty sparse:

• Completion date: May 2007
• 97 Units
• HOA on a 1 bed is in the low 200’s
• They’ve had decent traffic but not much commitment
• Concrete and steel construction
