The Blaine Stairs, a 2-unit townhome at the foot of the Blaine Stairs is uber modern and very unique. An agent once described it as “if James Bond had a summer condo in Seattle, this would be it. Sleek, modern styling, automatic blind raising/lowering buttons, glass partitions.”

Oddly they never sold when they hit the market in 2012, were rented out (we tried to rent one!), and eventually sold in 2017.

I love the floor-to-ceiing windows, custom fireplace, massive raw edge island, floating stairs, radiant concrete floors… It is one of a kind (err two of a kind?).
