West Seattle Mid-Century Modern
I love the exterior of the West Seattle mid-century modern at 3203 51st Ave SW. It is a 4 beds, 2.5 baths, 3,570 square foot home. Probably appropriately priced at $750k but you’re going to need to put in a new kitchen and new bathrooms. And you’ll probably want to rip out the carpet, switch out the tile and that fireplace doesn’t look good. Other than that, it is perfect! :)
