Steel Stacks: 4 townhomes
A collection of Corten clad architectural dwellings in the heart of Delridge. The four townhomes offer flex spaces on the entry level with separate entrances allowing for Airbnb, home office, or Master Suite. The top level features the SkyRoom. A re-imaged roof deck with full height walls that enclose the space, creating an indoor / outdoor room complete with an AstroTurf lawn. An existing neighborhood café front’s Delridge Way, giving residence ease of access to a morning cup of coffee.
Shake Shacks: 3-townhomes
Standing above the street below, the Shake Shacks draw their name from their traditional cedar shake siding, a familiar site in the neighborhood. This 3 unit collection of townhomes is all but traditional, equipped with Solar Panels, EV-Charging, and a high performance building envelope that helps the units achieve a 4-Star Built Green certification. Each townhome incorporates a ground level flex space with separate entrance to allow for Airbnb, Home office or however you see fit. Units also feature views of downtown, rooftop decks, euro style appliances, and exposed wood ceilings.
The Lookout: single-family home
Elevated above the alley to provide off-street parking for vehicles below, the 1,040 square-foot space includes 1.25 bath’s, hall storage and flexible space with movable wardrobes to allow for either one large bedroom, two smaller bedrooms, or a bedroom and office mix. The upper level has an open living, dining, kitchen space with expansive views and ready access to the rooftop deck. The program creates a lightness and ease of movement not often associated with vertically oriented spaces.
