Concord Pacific Building 900 Condos at Seattle House
The PSBJ broke the news yesterday that Vancouver based Concord Pacific is entering Seattle with a bang, Two-tower Seattle project near Amazon, Apple will be built as condos:
HB and Concord’s plan has evolved since last year. At the time, the project at 2300 Sixth Ave., was going to be phased. But since then Apple has leased an office campus with room for more than 4,000 employees two blocks north of Seattle House, apparently giving the developers the confidence to build the project all at once.

Hewson wrote that Seattle House will have “amazing amenity plans” with the condos “finely tuned for efficient luxury.”
Seattle House is the name of the two-tower, 900-unit project with hotel, will be on the Antioch site on Sixth between Bell and Battery and will block the Lake Union view for many east-facing Insignia units.
900 units is *a lot*. Insignia is 698.
