Good to Meet You…

Thanks to everyone who came out to the Urban Living Meetup in Fremont last night. Real estate talk mixed with free booze and pizza in an amazing house = a pretty good Thursday evening.

The best part was meeting the Urban Living community, from builders to real estate agents to apartment leasing managers. We learned some good tidbits and I know I feel more inspired to blog and keep this conversation of ours going.

Oh, did I mention it was an awesome location. The listing photos of the Fremont “Birdhouse” were great but they couldn’t do the house justice. The premium materials and unique details show the love and meticulous attention the builder lavished on the home as he (and his parents) built it from the ground up over 9 years. Thanks to the owner and the pending buyer for letting us enjoy the space. It’s no wonder the home, listed for $1.25M, went pending in weeks.
