How rare is this? Magnolia beachfront for sale for only $30k. In fact there’s two lots for sale so you could combine them for a third of an acre for $55k.

What’s the catch? They’re not buildable.

Alternatively, the treehouse is still for sale. We hear the seller wants you to pay list price, plus all the fines they’ve racked up.
