Remember the 1959 MCM at 7001 SE 32nd St? It sold in 2015 for $1.37m and was being advertised as a “bring your vision and enjoy the views” kind of listing.
After a studs-out remodel it is back on the market retaining the clean lines and of course the views, but it has been completely updated.
We, of course, love the views from the floor-to-ceiling big sliders, the big deck and manicured lawns but really love the outdoor bar that opens to the kitchen via a window. I’d love to do that at a future house of ours.
